After your order has been placed, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled.
To ensure that your package is successfully delivered, please make sure your address is entered correctly. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible via email minkplugxo@yahoo.com and we will do our best to fulfill your request before shipping your order.
If your tracking number states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen), you must contact United States Postal Service. We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen when USPS is in possession. We do not issue refunds for shipping fees or lost/stolen packages.
